The MediSpa POLICIES

   Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill in your case history form.  This allows our therapists to be aware of any medical conditions which may affect your treatment.  We require a credit card for booking multiple appointments or packages.

 Cancellations

To ensure your regular health care, we will remind you of your booked appointments by phone or email.  For single appointments, we require 24 hours notice.  For multiple service appointments, we require 48 hours notice.  Missed appointments will be invoiced for the full fee.

 Late Arrivals

We value your appointment time as well as the client following you.  If you are late, you will receive the balance of your allotted treatment time at full fee.  Some restrictions apply.

 Environment

At The MediSpa, we strive to provide a relaxing, soothing experience from the moment you arrive until you leave.  Please help us preserve a tranquil environment by refraining from very loud talking or using your cell phone.

 Attire

Robes, slippers and towels are provided for you.   

 

 Gift Cards

Give the gift of great health and enjoyment.  Gift cards may be purchase for any service or denomination.


 Gift cards have no expiry date and are not refundable for cash.  Massages paid for by Gift cards may not be eligible for employee benefit receipts as stated in the Massage Therapy Act. The MediSpa takes no responsibility for lost/stolen cards.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment: Mastercard, Visa, Interac & cash are accepted.  The MediSpa will accept cheques only after your first visit with us.  NSF payments will be charged a service fee of $25.
